Our goal is to provide you with the most qualified caregiver available that meets your specific family’s needs. At the time of reservation we will go through those specific needs with you to ensure we meet them.

You can book services at any time of the day or night with as little as two (2) hours notice. A four (4) hour minimum of duration applies to all reservations. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once we receive and review your reservation request, we will send to your e-mail, a complete profile of the sitter we know will be most suited for your family. The profile includes their name, contact information, biography, and a photo. This process gives your family an opportunity to get to know your sitter before her arrival and also ensures your safety since you’ll know exactly who will be knocking at your door.

At the time of booking confirmation, the service minimum is charged to your credit card.  (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard or Discover ONLY). All services rendered thereafter are billed to every quarter of the hour and charged at the conclusion of the service session.

Clients are responsible for visitor/valet parking fees.

A complimentary childcare interview/consultation will be granted to those families hiring any Nanny or Babysitter on an ongoing, long-term basis.

We will follow-up with your family after your initial service session to ensure your satisfaction.

We are among the very few babysitting services that does not surcharge for:

-Last minute requests
-Late night requests
-Cancelations (within 24 hours of service start-time)

Health and Safety guidelines permit a maximum of three (3) children per babysitter depending on age group.

Reservation cancelations or modifications need to be arranged via phone call directly with our administrative team. Sitters will not honor any modification or cancellation to reservations.

Refunds will be granted only to those cancellations made within 24-hours of your reservation start time. NO EXCEPTIONS
